Terms (Summary)
- Programs provided “as is” during pilot; we iterate based on feedback.
- Students retain ownership of original creations; we may reference anonymized screenshots for promotion with consent.
- Respectful conduct required—violations may result in removal without refund (serious cases).
- No unauthorized sharing of other students’ personal details or work without permission.
Privacy (Summary)
- We collect minimal necessary info: student name (first preferred), parent contact, progress artifacts.
- Data stored in secure EU and US regional infrastructure with access limited to vetted staff.
- We never sell personal data; third parties limited to essential service providers.
- Parents can request deletion of student data (except aggregated anonymized metrics).
Code of Conduct (Highlights)
- Be kind: constructive feedback, no harassment, hate, or exclusionary language.
- Stay on scope: project collaboration within agreed tools—no unsolicited external links.
- Signal issues early: students can discreetly flag concerns to facilitators.
- Zero tolerance for sharing inappropriate content or bypassing safety controls.
